Beyond knowing

Despite an information explosion, our culture and churches are still shrouded in a thick darkness that has broken relationships, devastated families and enslaved people in addictive and destructive behaviors. Yet hope remains: “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32).

Freedom comes when we go beyond just knowing the truth to believing it and living it.

My teaching  begins with timeless truth from Scripture and is illustrated from my life experiences. It’s been an eclectic journey from missionary in South America, to business entrepreneur in the US. I’ve had the real-world challenges of being a wife, mother and grandmother. In every season and in every role, the words of the Bible have given me strength and purpose.

I want to share those words of encouragement with anyone who will listen. I am motivated not by adulation, but by a desire to see the truth of Scripture and the power of God transform lives. I know it can. It’s transforming mine.
